We all have disturbances happened in psyche from time to time throughout the journey of our lives. Psychotherapy is to apply scientifically valid procedures to help people to have a better understanding of themselves and to develop healthier and more effective lifestyles.
What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy - can help solve your problems and give you new skills to cope with future challenges
Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a psychologist. Grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows people to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral and non-judgemental.
You and I as your psychologist will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. By the time you’re done, you will not only have solved the problem that brought you in, but you will have learned new skills so you can better cope with whatever challenges arise in the future. A chance to live differently
Psychotherapy is to use different approaches to see your past, present, and future. You do not have to suffer all these pains as if you should. You can start to take psychotherapy and give yourself a chance to live differently.
How to start a psychotherapy
You can always have one session of psychotherapy to see if you feel comfortable with the setting and can possibly open yourself to dialogue with me. All you have disclosed in the sessions will be kept extremely confidential.
You can decide what to talk and how to proceed with me in the sessions. Also, we can set up the goal and how to evaluate the effects of the psychotherapy together.
